New Users

Prior to using the Application Portal, you must apply and be accepted to the college. For more information, please visit Admissions.

1. Login to the Portal.
   

   (Example: John Allen Smith would login as jasmith, not as jasmith@ws.edu)

   
   

2. Create a Portal Profile
   
   

   Students who fail to provide accurate and updated contact information are considered ineligible for program ranking.

Login issues

1. Your portal login is the same as your Walters State computer credentials.
   
2. Reset your password (this will reset your Walters State Computer password).
3. If you still cannot login contact the helpdesk at 423-318-2742.
